Heroin passing out after Iv dope

So a Friend of my cousing is worried because Henry passes out after shooting up about .1 gram of H Its just 1 single blue stamp bag.Last week he passed out while driving ((thnk god he didnt hurt anyone or hit any car just poles and bushes he was informed)) and got A dui .Henry never drives high anymore.Its some of the best stuff in town that he is using (Henry has high tolerance).Today he was dope sick he hasnt used since last night at 8 pm and he gets sick 12 hours after use sometimes.So he worked 5am -3pm so he dosenty always get to much sleep like only 3-6 hours some nights that could be affecting contributing to his passing out. So today after work he got some blue stamps and once he got home he did 1 in the bathroom and then took a shit.A couple minutes after he shot his stamp .1 of H he must of passed out. He woke up laying naked sleeping on the bathroom floor.He's guessing he passed out for somewhere between 1-30 minutes maybe 10 minutes but he really dosent no just nos it was probaly between1-30 minutes.Henry has been using H for 5 months off and on when he uses he does between 1-4 bags a day he takes breaks often and uses subs to kill the withdrawl.

Is this normal to pass out like this??He feels fine when he wakes up and even goes to gym and lifts heavy weights a hour later he just still a litttle high.Is passing out like this normal do you think he did brain damage???

He passed out once 4months ago and woke up in a embulance very high. but now he has a very high tolerance and recently he has found this new pretty good H and he passed out twice in the paqss 2 weeks and he only uses 1 bag at a time .Hes been much higher and done multiple bags without passing out should he be worried is this normal????
 
I'd say if your passing out hard like that take it down on the H, that's heavy shit and what if you stop breathing? Remember that

If you are passing out, do less dope at a time. Perhaps the dope is higher potency than you are used to, or your tolerance has gone down a bit, or you aren't properly nourished/hydrated and/or aren't getting enough sleep so you are more sensitive... there could be a number of reasons. Passing out from heroin usually means you've taken too much and can be dangerous as you could potentially stop breathing while you are passed out. Use less next time and don't do anything dangerous like driving.
 
Ok thankyou I guess I should of only did half a bag when Im on low sleep.Also I was on a empty stomach I think this could of contributed to the passing out.And of course I would never drive on this stuff I plan on getting subs tommorow and getting clean anyways
 
Is it the same dope you are banging each time, or different batches? The chances are really slim you'd have it, but I remember fentanyl to be sedating and not that euphoric, and a full IV dose lasts 30-60min (for pain). Other than the possible nourishment issues, it seems odd to frequently pass out most every time you shoot up. Do you have blood pressure issues or anything like that? Are you stressed/depressed/diabetic? I can't give you advice as I'm not an MD, but those may be things you'd want to consider in getting to the bottom of it.
 
^ I was going to mention a cut being the problem, either some type of sedative or fentanyl. I'm never quick to jump on the "omg it must be cut with fentanyl since you got super high and nodded so fast" train, but in this case it might be true. They are doing 1/3 - 1/4 of their normal dose, and only passing out for 30 minutes max, so that is consistent with fentanyl.

I suggest staying away from this batch of dope. You can't be enjoying it while passed out, so what's the point of putting yourself in danger just to basically put yourself under anesthesia. Who knows, maybe some crazy mofo is cutting the dope with propofol which is an anesthetic. I don't mean to speculate as to what is actually in your heroin, but would rather you just use a different batch if you want to get high.

QFT. Sounds like "Henry" is just on the border of an intense nod and an overdose. Like what everyone else said here, lower your dose! I know the rush feels great and all, but what's the point if you can only enjoy it for a few seconds before you pass out? I never even do enough to cause a nod - just a nice rush - for fear of nodding out, stopping breathing, and not waking up. :/
 
Has anyone else ever done a big dose and passed out and end up waking up on the floor a few hours later and like your leg/hand/some part of your body is completely numb for like 2 weeks.... what is up with that?? lol

That's happened to me, but not for 2 weeks, more like 5-10min. I would be very concerned and seek medical attention if one of my limbs went numb for 2 weeks.
 
I totally get the urge to chase the rush, my man... feels great and all..but, think about this... if you do too much and die, you'll never get to feel that sensation again. :\ So to selfishely continue to get high and get a nice but maybe not orgasmic rush, tone it down on the dosages. Ha. But, I feel you man. I'm all about the rush too. All about it.

Obviously you need to shoot less,,like hafl your current dose. What other answer could there be? SHoot more?

Haha, true. "Getting too high. What should I do?!?!?"

The answer is pretty clear, although instead of just doing less I suggest staying away from this batch altogether.
