Not a meth user. I needed a few extra dollars for my family so I went to donate plasma today. In the booklet before the test, they indicated wellbutrin can cause a false positive for meth. I am on a rather high dose per day-450 MG. I actually took one before I went in today not thinking that it would be an issue.
They took my information and were really nice about it. They said I should be off the medication for 7 days to prevent false positive. I can't really be off of it for 7 days, but I want to donate. Would baking soda work? Or if I was off of it for like two days should I pass it? Any assistance is appreciated. I only have to pass it once to donate for the whole year.
