So this might seem silly but If anyone has some reassurance it would really ease my mind. I just sent a sample to EcsctacyData.org. I fear it's a mix of MDMA and PMMA so I really want it tested. I live in Canada and when I went to the post office to make sure I had enough stamps forh the weight (paying 120$ US I didn't want any problems getting it there because I obviously didn't want to put a return address on it either. They then told me if it had anything in it that couldn't fit through this envelope thing then I had to fill out a small package form because of the weight (the instructions said I had to put the sample in a pil bottle or film container, which I did). I left the return address blank on the actual package and put some bogus return address on the customs form and said it was a roll of film inside. NOw my question is,

What if they stopped this at the border and opened it and found the small amount of drugs? what would they do? is the fact that it's going to a licenced DEA lab good enough for them not to try and trace it? I'm just scared because I would be on camera at the post office dropping it off but that's the only way they could trace it to me. I obviously would never try to mail drugs and this is a special circumstance.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

Thanks

Hmm that's a good damn question. It seems there would need to be some sort of "special circumstance" protocol for snagged shit addressed to edata. I mean, they have to take into consideration that 99% of people have to mail that shit in. It's not like we have test centers around every corner we can just skip into with an illegal substance to test.

Check out edata's page for any info on that. If you can't find any info there, maybe just email the powers that be there and see what they have to say.

I searched their page and there is nothing, I also emailed them months before I sent it in and never got a response. At the time I thought I would just take a chance but now that I have it concerns me a little. I'm hoping the police have better things to do then trace 50 mg of an illegal substance sent to a harm reduction site.

If only LEO's had the same mentality as that like the vast majority of us good people here....

I can assure you that no one would come after you for one pill. The worst that would happen is that they would confiscate the pill, steal your money, and send the fake address a "love letter". They are looking for large quantities of drugs being smuggled over the border. Think of the quantity of mail that goes across the border. No way are they gonna go after footage for that. And just as a side note, expect to wait at least a month until your results are posted on edata. I've sent many pills and it always takes forever.

I really, reallllllyyyy highly doubt they would waste their time tracing it back to you, it's one pill, if they even tried to prosecute it, they would fail and they know that... I wouldn't worry...

They won't bother. I know a few people that periodically send pills in through the US post office. (no clue why they go in person . . . those places are filled with cameras)

Nothing has ever happened to them.

I'd suggest joining the Mormon church and hiding there before it gets traced back to you and your mug is all over the news for mailing narcotics and lying to a postal worker. They might post your mug on America's most wanted and someone in Canada would gladly turn you in to make a quick buck.
