Misc paracetamol overdose

for the past two nights i have been taking codeine pills to get high. i have taken about 25 each with 500mg of paracetamol. about an hour ago i then took two cold and flu tablets another 1000mg. ive just been thinking and decided to look up the effects of taking these pills. now im slightly worried. has anyone had experience with this amount of paracetamol? i feel like a fucking idiot right now. is there anything i can do to reduce the chance of liver failure or whatever else in the next couple of days? drink lots of water? or no?

Risk of severe liver damage (ie a peak ALT more than 1000 IU/L)

Based on the dose of paracetamol ingested (mg/kg body weight):
Less than 150 mg/kg - unlikely.
More than 250 mg/kg - likely.
More than 12 g total - potentially fatal.

They won't judge you, trust me. I take it you're in the UK as you called it paracetamol so you just have to get down to local A. And E. It's the NHS, won't cost anything and can potentially save some liver function. Go now. Time is of the essence. I can't stress this enough.
