So, when I was in Pakistan about a year ago, a relative of mine was taking 5 grams of paracetamol (5,000mg) in the space of like 5 hours trying to get a high off the codeine, but his liver never exploded what the hell was up with that, because I read maximum in 24 hours is 4 grams. But he was like "if I do 12 tablets in 5/6 hours then I feel sick" I was like: "what do you expect that's massive overdosing" or am I just confused and getting it all wrong, because I did google and there are loads of horror stories or completely incorrect information about folks being told to go to A&E because that about will give them liver failure. I mean my cousin only weighed like 110lbs (about 8 stone) so, you do the math. I think it's just above the lower end of overdosing.
I was speaking to him today over the phone and he was telling me, that last week he did 10 tablets etc, etc, and send him some money to he can buy some martell. But I did notice that for like 3/4 days after he did his massive dosage he wouldn't do it again, no drink or drugs for 4 days straight. I've done 4 grams non CWE of paracetamol once, and I felt sick for a couple of days, but that was about it.
But why is there so much information about liver failure, and scare stories especially on yahoo answers?
By the way, I don't like the high of opiates, I mean it's OK for like when your just relaxing in your bed and want to talk to yourself, but your like lucid on opiates while in bed, it's a good feeling but, I mean it's nothing compared to cocaine hydrocloride. So I prefer the CH, and a few benzos when your wired. Good for sex/masturbation, opiates good for lucidity/relaxing.
