This morning I was very tired so I thought it would be a great idea to drink some coffee. Well I'm very prone to anxiety and as expected the coffee made me freak out. I ran home and took .75mg of Klonopin cause I was having a very bad time. The kpins are kicking in now and I don't feel as much mental agony but now I'm scared that this combination of an upper and a downer can potentially kill me. My chest feels tight and my heart is beating irregularly. I just need some reassurance that caffeine and clonazepam isn't doing damage to my body.

Please help :( I'm so scared right now. I learned my lesson and will never drink coffee again

Thank you. I'm feeling a lot better now. My chest still hurts and my heart beat still feels off but I think I'm good now. I don't know, I rarely drink coffee because it always made me feel jittery. I think I could actually count the number of times I've had coffee in my life, that's how infrequent it is. But thank you. Didn't think I was gonna make it through that one

If you were having a panic attack you wouldn't have been able to type out a topic. It takes a lot of influence for a heart to get out of sync or have any life threatening issues associated. More than Klonopin and coffee.
