Have you ever pawned something to pay for drugs or swapped something for drugs and then felt like shit afterwards ?

I pawned EVERYTHING for drugs.
I didn't feel like shit straight away. Quite the opposite I usually felt great, I had money, and then even better, I had heroin.
It wasn't till a fair bit later that I felt like shit.
Though to be honest, I class pawing my shit in with begging for money and prostitution as things that I regret, or even deeply regret.
But I don't regret it "that" much because it's eclipsed by much greater regret over how I hurt other people. Stealing from them, lying from them, using them.
Pawning everything I owned? Yeah it stings. But a lot less than hurting other people does.
