So I have 45 oxycodone 10/325 I guess these were once called Percocet but the scrip has them id'd as described. These are white cartouche shaped A 21. I'm on 70mg daily methadone and have lost my Dilaudid hookup as complained about in other threads. What is the optimal route of beneficial use here? Had it not contained this idiotic acetominophin I would simply orally ingest about 10 and hope for the best. I'm an IV user of heroin, none available in nyc just horrid Fentanyl which I will not do ever again and said Dilaudid. I'm about to eat 10 of these but that's a lot of Tylenol from a HR standpoint.

Look up how to cold water extract. I personally never really did it but once or twice, kinda just ate massive amounts of Tylenol and hoped for the best(Ill advised, friends) but it’s not that hard to do. Just a bit time consuming if you’re trying to get high right then and there.

I think they knocked the recommended max daily dose of acetaminophen from 4000mg to 2000mg years ago, but at one point it was 4000mg/day. Not that it’s healthy for you, but you won’t die from taking a single 3250mg dose. I can’t suggest it’s a good idea but I did it, pretty much daily when all I had was hydrocodone or non-roxi or OC oxy, and I’m still kicking lol. I think my liver is in good enough health but I also drank heavily for about 10 years while also doing Tylenol containing pills so who knows, probably dying.

But yeah, like I said I don’t recommend doing it but if you’re going to look up and proceed to CWE the rest of your doses it shouldn’t hurt you to consume around 3000mg of Tylenol. But for HR and your livers sake, maybe take just 50mg of the oxy to hold you off and do the cold water extraction.
 
Ok thanks cwe sounds like the plan. I do have micron wheel filters but I don't think they could handle that much powder. What dosage can you guys recommend? Should I abstain from the methadone or is there a dosage that would override it?

Even with the CWE you are going to have a hard time overriding the effect of the 70mg of methadone. Yes, you should abstain if you are hoping to feel the oc and not the methadone.

You’re not gonna get high off 100 mg of oxy if your methadone dependency is 70 mg. You might get well.

Cold water extract takes some practice to get good at too.

From eating 3 grams of acetaminophen like you’re doing you may get some nausea and it’s not something you want to do on a regular basis.
