Hey Guys,
I have been lurking this forum for years and years due to my curiousity in drugs and that i have been introduced to them from the age of 6, but i have just registered.
A little background i have more than 20 surgeries with the first one being at 6 years old. I was introduced to opioids then and it was the most fascinating experience ever. Like with each surgery the going under anaesthesia even as sometimes they gave me the sufentanyl first and then the propofol it was so blissful for a few seconds i told my anesthesiologist i am inlove with her. It was like i am floating on top of the surgery table. Anyway long story short i was on oxycodone 2 x 5 mg plus 2 mg piritramide/dipidolor ( this is like morphine iv ) intravenous for 2 weeks at a time with each surgery and then stop completely untill i needed another surgery. I didnt touch oxycodone recreationally outside of the hospital , beccause i did not have a source but i wanted to for more than 20 years i wanted and i only read trip reports on this forum about it how does a higher dose feel like and so on ( before i touched it outside of hospital 5 mg + 2 mg dipidolor used to get me high as a kite in the hospital and now i dont feel it) .
So 1 year ago i started using the first day i did 10-15 mg and i felt amazing and it was so good so after 5-6 hours another 10-15 mg and i could not sleep on it eventhough i tried i did 10-15 mg every 4-6 hours and did not sleep for 2 days and still had energy while on oxy. Anyway after 2-3 weeks use on and off like this i stopped without any Withdrawals. A few months after i started again this time i used for 2 months or so and before i stopped i was up to 50-60 mg a day 20mg x3 times a day. I stopped cold turkey and the next day i had the shits likee severe shits and very baad stomach pain and cramps plus tired, but nothing else so i figured maybe this is WD and i immediatelly took 3-4 paratramol 37.5 mg tranadol and 325 paracetamol and i felt like a million bucks immediatelly . The next day i took them again and the next day i was okay completely fine without taking anything just like that. So then again after a month break i starteed using again, but this time i am using for longer like 6-7 months with maybe 1-2 weeks break 2-3 times in these 7 months because i ran out. My problem now is i have gotten to doses of sometimes 120 mg sometimes 150 mg in 1 day 20 mg just make me feel normal no high even sometimes it takes 40 mg to feel normal… and i havent gotten high from oxy like i used to on 15 mg on any dose, but the maximum single dose i have taken is 60 mg, because afraid of OD, so i just spread the doses out to feel normal and no high. I did rapid taper for 1 week each day lowering the dose by 20 mg going from 140 to 20 then i jumped off from 20 and hopped on paratramol and on paratramol i am super fine but now i am 18 hours with only 1 37.5 mg tramadol taken 18 hrs ago and severe diarrhea , stomach pain and cramps came in 7 hours ago and dont stop but i have no other symptoms at all, but when i take paratramol my stomach is okay. My question is can withdrawals be only severe stomach problems and nothing else at all and what to do?

If memory serves paracetamol has some codeine in it so that s why if u take it you are ok. You probably are having very mild withdrawals so thank your God and take some Loperamide (Imodium) for the shits instead.
Oxys tolerance grows really quickly, if on a Monday I was high with 60 mgs one week later after using everyday I needed 160 to get high, so if you can avoid daily use like the plague, during the pandemic I was using 300 mgs per day just to feel ok....

I used Paratramol which is combination of 325 mg paracetamol with 37.5 mg tramadol per pill. It is the tramadol not the codeine. I just took 3 right now i think it will help because i have very bad stomach pain, couldnt sleep at all last night , went to the toilet 7 times and i also took 6 mg immodium

Definitely sounds like a mild opioid w-d, don t take too much paratramol or Imodium just enough to control the shits, it s not good for your liver. Are you having troubles sleeping just because of the shits or as part of the w-d? Because insomnia is another symptom of w-d. Still don t worry in 3-4 days you ll probably be fine, and trust me oxy wd could be WAY worse

I understand. Thank you for your answer. Do you seem to know why eventhough i have taken everyday doses of minimum 80 to maximum 150 mg and the worst wd symptoms i get is only very bad stomach ache, very bad shits and some tiredness and nothing else? And also this seems curable with tramadol only.

Probably you are like me when i was in my 20´s-early 30´s, back then I ve never had Trainspotting style wds, just the shits and some tiredness, the hardest part for me was and is the psychological part, i.e. depression and anxiety. Just beware because the older you get ( and the more oxys you take) the more you are likely to experience more intense withdrawals. So again I know it s hard but try to avoid daily use, you ll save money and get higher!
