Just been upped to seventy mg and oxy is down from seventy to forty five doctor wants me down to ten to fifteen mg twice a day for pain as methadone analgesia doesn't last all day.
Would going on a weaker opiate like dihydrocodeine be any better for me or stick to lowest oxy possible. I'm not abusing heroin and oxy I used gear once in a month stupidly been taking coke still but that's another matter
I still get mild restlessness right hours after oxy I usually wait about 12. I thought the methadone would stop this ?? Should I swap to dhc so I'm on a weaker drug even tramadol stoos it.as I still need something for pain
