Oxy question(s)...

Hi all...it's been a while since I participated here. I hope my old BL friends are doing well. Anyway, here's my situation:

I'm a regular oxy user with 99% of my use being the OC 80's, 40's & 20s. Tonight, one of connects gave me a handful of pills for doing him a favor. I just did my research and have determined they are 15mg Oxycodone by Mallinckrodt. My question is...are they decent to snort? I know about (not) snorting any of the oxycodone products that contain Acetaminophen, but as far as I can tell, these particular pills are straight 15mg of oxycodone. That leads me to believe that they won't cause any harm by snorting them (well, no more harm than the 80's I seem to ingest regularly). And since I don't think these are "controlled" or "extended" release pills, my guess (please tell me if I'm wrong) is that they won't "gel" up when I snort them (like some of the generic oxycontins do).

So, in summary....

Does anyone have any experience with these 15mg oxycodone pills by Mallinckrodt? If so, do you recommend snorting or just taking em orally? If you suggest orally, is it recommended that I crush & parachute them? The reason I ask that last question is because from what I can tell, they are not "extended" or "controlled" release pills...so I should be able to pop em orally & still get the effects relatively quickly.

Thanks in advance for any & all answers. If there is anything I can do for any of you, please just let me know. Hopefully I'll be back to participating regularly here now that my relationship went in the shitter 8o

I don't have experience with them personally but from what I've gathered real quick.

Info
Generic Name: Oxy IR, Roxicodone
Strength: 15 mg, 30 mg
Manufacturer: Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals
Type: Analgesic
Class: RX, CII

If you did ID them right then they are indeed instant release which means you are correct and they won't gel up. Oral or nasal administration would be the same as the regular OC's(well not exactly, one might have more binders) so its your preference. It has better bioavailability orally so everyone on BL prefers to say use them orally but some prefer snorting. Parachuting isn't neccessary but it will maybe decrease the onset time a bit.

Hopefully you understood my spelling lol, the bars are kickin in.

hmmm...the description is pretty much right on, but i"m not 100% certain your findings are what I have. The imprint on what I have is a "boxed" "M" on one side and a 15 above the score (line) in the tablet.

When I did a search for 15mg Roxicodone (which seems to be what you pasted the description of), the pictures I found were different than what I have. But indeed, what I have seems to be 15mg oxycodone...just maybe not the ones you found.

Why do they confuse us so much with so may different f'ing brands. If I could just confirm that they are instant release oxycodone's with no other shit in them (other than the basic filler stuff), then I'd be able to make an educated decision on whether to snort or not.

Thanks for your info though...even if it's not exactly what I have. I really appreciate your input, especially considering you're just starting to feel a bar kicking in :D

Anyway, anybody have any other info for me. This info is pretty good, but it just might not be describing exactly what I have.

You have generic ones that's why. I receive the ones your talking about via script with the same imprint snort them they won't gel but they are instant release so I would eat them woth a fatty meal and get 86% BA instead of much less via snorting.

Edit: absolutely no need to pairashoot them they are instant release.

Thanks poppy! That's exactly the kind of reply I hoped for. Much love. And what's this about a fatty meal? I've been messing with this shit for a while and don't remember reading/hearing that before. And what do you mean by a "fatty" meal? Are we talking about a few Tacos & a Sourdough Jack from Jack in the Box or something ;)

Depends... for some people it does, for some it doesn't. Worth trying out though I guess to see how you react.

Not eating too much could possibly help with that.
