Overdosing on Xanax

It is VERY difficult to OD on benzos, it would take more than you likely have. You'd be asleep for a while if you took too many.
 
yeah thats why people who take a whole bottle of a benzo to kill themselves simply end up sleeping for the whole weekend.
 
Please keep in mind that the term 'overdose' does not necssarily mean death.
Trying to kill yourself from taking too much Xanax is probably not going to happen.
 
Id like to say that you should warn people not to drink on top of benzos. Benzos + Alcohol can = death.
I got very drunk once, and was given benzos which I dont remember taking, and woke up 2 days later on a breathing machine from a coma. A friend had to do CPR on me till the ambulance arrived.
So be careful. Benzos by themselves are nice, Benzos with a beer or two is great, but benzos plus hard liquor can be deadly.

A friend of mine has been rushed to the hospital 3 times turning blue from a benzo/alcohol combo. Some people just don't learn their lesson

Sounds like yer friend is a little toasted.. to overdose 3 times on a combo of benzos and alcohol - she needs to look to treetment..
