Stimulants Over 24 hours now since my last meth dose

Its been over 24 hours since I did any and im still coming down I feel like im getting really close to the end but it has stalled out and I only did under a 1/4 gram is this normal im not craving any I just want sleep I also haven't taken any tramadol im 8 or 10 hours so withdrawal much have set in
 
Right im just going nuts I want this yo end

Actually im almost out of it now. I actually think I might have to thank my tramadol addiction on me not craving more meth as my brain is hardwired to only crave one drug

Plus this needs to be moved. After my night I just failed to pay attention sorry mod.

Hope you don't consider this to be out of place. But you might want to consider getting assistance with your addiction(s)
 
Your fine but I don't have insurance so when it's time to quit finally im stuck doing it CT or maybe a few valiums from the ER

This drug is not to be messed with only reason I didn't lose I was I have experience with Ritalin and knew what to expect just way more intense. I cannot imagine having a bad trip on this as it would likely lead to some sort of PTSD like symptoms. Just the thought of knowing that there's RC that's even stronger than this scares me.

dont feel bad yo... i have some tramadol that i got from my doctor. i wasnt informed at ALL about the dangerous side effects and or combinations. i would have took a ton of them just trying to get by... thank gawd for bluelight and the such. i had no idea that over 400mg of tramadol is a no no. my doctor even gave them to me while knowing im on valium from the ER, and she was talking about adding klonopin in two weeks... she must not even know about the stupid siezure possibilties

im totally scared of tramadol now, perhaps you should be too! my suggestion is to get some help somehow, like bupe or something. at least do a different opioid if u have to.

how much tramadol are you taking within a day or 24 hrs??
 
Yeh i realy dont like tramadol at all, infact id say its one of the most pointless drugs ive ever taken, this was years back now, when i was given over 200 X 50mg ones in a bottle, i got into them at first but soon lost love for them, dont think i would take them again.

Obviously differant if you need somthing like that and its prescribed for pain management.

I take around 450 to 600 a day. Bupe is not an option as I have no insurance and its expensive.
 
u do have the option of going to the local hospital. CMU has one or something i believe dont they? anyhow i know of at least 3 people who where able to get at least a few days worth of suboxone by going to the ER. sometimes you have to get quite drastic with the staff in order for them to help you.

and no offense.... but how the heck can u afford the tramadol habit of around 10 or more a day, but cant get any help with bupe? again plz dont be offended, im only trying to help.

in fact there IS a listed opiate dr in M.P. too. just letting u know. :)

i feel like mega shiot right now, so i feel ya.
 
.25 meth isn't that much, you'll be sore after no matter how you take it because of tension, but if your head's going crazy hearing voices you probably got khat not meth. Just saying... you may feel weak for a day or two depending on lots of things, but then again you might be just fine. You say you want it to be over, milk maybe but I suggest carbs like top ramen.
 
I've been reading your posts lately tramadol_head1000 and just wanted to add my two cents. I don't want to restate what's already been said but,

I just woke up a couple hours ago from being up for about 40 hours from doing some meth. (60mg of Desoxyn, I don't know what that equates to other kinds of meth) I also only do uppers once a year so I don't have a tolerance or anything. Yesterday was horrid, all day I felt like I was just coming down from that drug and it would not end. I couldn't stop grinding and clenching my jaw 13+ hours after my last dose and sleep seemed impossible. But what honestly worked for me was eating some ramen noodles, and smoking weed. Try smoking some weed if it's available to you, it did the trick for me and my buddy's. Listening to some soft relaxing music helped as well while I was laying there in bed trying to force myself to sleep, eventually I just drifted off.

Hmmm...good to know. I combined tramadol with 2-FMA (an amphetamine) and was fine. Low doses of each, but still.

SS is absolutely terrifying and horrible. I was seizing and lost complete contact with reality. For me all it took was my daily Celexa, a few Norco, and ONE hit of weed. I never expected anything like that to happen. Be careful.

Did you neglect to mention another drug you took? That combination you listed would NOT cause serotonin syndrome on its own...

Maybe that are all the "drugs" he thought he took but also some seemingly innocuous substance like St. Johns Wort or some other serotonin releaser/reuptake inhibitor? It does seem pretty damn unlikely that someone stabilized on an SSRI would get serotonin syndrome from a fairly straightforward opioid and some weed without some other cause.
