I find that getting anything really on the regular is ok if you're lucky enough to find a decent contact but to get some good quality stuff or anything real specific especially I find opiates, are more difficult and sporadic since we are right between montreal and Toronto. Both two big cities (like Ottawa is tiny... lol it's the capital city of the country
) that are the main places stuff ends up before moving around the rest of Canada. For example I know dozens of people in montreal who travel between there and here (only a couple hours away not bad at all) specifically just to pick up stuff or get something and majority of the time bring in to Ottawa.
Also I've noticed over the years that it also serves as kind of a bridge, pit stop, halfway point, any or all etc... for whatever's on the move. So it's not too bad in Ottawa but not the best.
Weed is always fantastic and good prices and great strains and sooo much everywhere. That's always always available to the point of you could walk up to the first person you see and 75% chance they have some and 50% chance they'll sell some lol. But no one wants to do that so we stick to a good old friend for our life saving green herbs according to every video game haha. (sorry, big a nerd+geek... a neek >.<)
