Hey all. I really want to resume a healthy lifestyle and be totally clean and away from the desire to get high. I currently see a therapist with some small success so far, but I need support in all areas of life. This includes the way I spend my time on the Internet.

I was trying to find some Forums that are as well put together, and filled with as many down to earth and relate-able people, as Bluelight. I know that might be hard given that I'm a drug addict and this is a sight full of drug addicts.

The problem with Bluelight is that it's filled with triggers for me. I'm not about to blame anyone because I know that any problem I have is just my own thing to deal with, and I think the mission of Bluelight is very noble, and the information here is great, but it's the triggers... I basically grew up on Internet Forums of various types, and I love the interaction much better than Facebook or other formats.
All I am asking for is if there is another website that is as cool as Bluelight, but isn't devoted to drugs, but instead health.

EDIT: I'm not planning on abandoning this site or anything, I just want to see if there is another outlet to gain information and talk to people like there is here. I AM planning on using this site way less, being more productive, and trying to solve my problems so that just reading people talking about banging OC, and how good it feels, won't stir up temptations of my own.

It's not exactly what you're looking for, but www.curezone.com is alternative health/lifestyle forums (all sorts of forums actually) which is a huge library with all sorts of valuable information about health, diet, cleansing, meditation, etc etc.

The thing about that place though, is there are a lot of crazies there, and you really have to wade through the madness to find the good people... but there are a lot of nice people there too, plus you will have that problem anywhere on the net. I thought of curezone though, because the crowd there tends to be more conservative and quite anti-drug, which may be important for you.

I agree with you about bluelight being full of triggers. I have had to abandon my account here from time to time and only return and post when I am feeling strong enough to handle it.
