What's up everybody, I just moved to Central Oregon from Pennsylvania and it's a pretty scary transition as far as H goes.
For one thing, I'm used to copping in Philly (around The Ave.) where it's an open air market and easy as hell to find what you need. But from what I've seen here so far, ALL the dealers keep their shit private and only serve people they know. On the east coast, I would walk through the hood for ten minutes and have dealers COMING TO ME. Here, I've walked around all day for weeks trying to find dope with zero success. Nothing. No roxis, no dilaudid, no subs, nothing but weed and occasionally molly.
The second issue I'm having is that being from PA, I'm used to good ol' powder in stamp bags. From what I've heard, it's all tar out here and I don't really know anything about tar. I've never seen it, I don't know what a "dose" is or how much it costs, I'm basically starting over. I'm skeptical about it. Philly dope is EASY. Ten a bag, pure as hell, stamps let you know what you're getting.
This tar shit worries me. Without getting too specific on the forum, does anybody know about the scene in Oregon? I'm hoping there's something to be found around me (C.O.), but I'll go anywhere.
