Oral morphine after valium

Hey guys. So i am in agony with my shoulder. Rsi from online poker and shoulder / back is in agony. I had 15mg of valium around 2am this morning slept pretty bad woke up at 8am . Pain is indescribable. Like nerve pains and very hot pain in the area i use my arm for my mouse. Anyways. How safe would it be to take 10mg of oromorph so soon after 15mg of valium. In before i get laughed at

With no tolerance 10mg oral morphine isn't going to do jack shit. Oral morphine has a bioavailability of maybe 20 percent.

Dilute it in a little water and plug it if you want any chance of it doing anything. That has a BA of maybe equal to slightly less than intramuscular injection in the case of morphine.

Granted I have a tolerance, but even at 700mg+ morphine orally I'd not feel a thing. Oramorph shouldn't be IV'ed, its full of sugar etc. but plugging is fine although it should be diluted in water to give better absorption. And as I mentioned, 700 of morphine orally wouldn't do a damn thing to me, even combined with nitrazepam and chlormethiazole, But plugged I'd feel it alright, although not as good as IV or IM or SC.

do you have any history with opiates? (i;m assuming no)
are you especially sensitive to morphine?
because 10mg, even with the potentation from the diazepam, should be totally fine

10mg ORALLY is in effect, a complete and utter waste. About as effective as pouring it all over the floor and stepping in it.

Seriously, plug the oramorph, diluted, and no 10mg of morphia rectally, orally or IV (although oramorph isn't suitable for IV) won't OD anyone even with a 10mg valium tossed in. Thats a small dose of both. Hell you can buy twice that quantity of oral morphine, in the form of a bottle of j.collis.browne's mixture OTC without rx in the UK. 20mg morphine a bottle (100ml bottles), although you'd have to drink at least 3-4 of them, and ideally preload with white grapefruit juice an hour or two beforehand to block CYP-P450-3A4 and CYP-P450-2D6 that metabolize morphine.

Might help the pain but oramorph (or crushed morphine - those capsules filled with little long release balls crushed) has never been any fun for me. All I ever get from it is nausea and headache. The bigger the dose the more crushing the fucking headache.

Can morphine be used recreationally without banging it in the vein under your cock? (Is even banging it fun?)

Sadly it is too fun, the rush from shooting morphine(heroin) is insane, starts as a shortness of breath feeling n tightness in chest then a flood of euphoria and pins n needles starting in your stomach n edging out to your hands n feet n face, feeling all hot n prickly while you lay back in awe of how amazing you feel, this is the reality of it, it's too good, so good i no longer have 60% of my veins lol ( still have all the ones under my cock though )

Not everybody gets it the pins and needles in their stomach. I don't, with me, it starts in the palms and soles
of my hands and feet and moves to my face. Can be quite intense, enough even to be painful if the dose be large (as it can be with a tolerance)
especially with morphine, when tolerance means doses nearing or over a gram. Short-lived effect however.

I used to get them in my scalp first, then down my spine. But when I OD'd once, the pins and needles were so intense it was like being plugged into an electric socket and my whole body was buzzing with an intensity that was nearly painful (as Limpet said above). Then I woke up in hospital...

Hmm yeah, i can agree with that, the best rush i ever had was followed by intense paranoia and writing of all passwords to laptop phone etc 'just in case' lol
that was the closest OD i experienced, actually woke up 4 hours later frantically deleting everything in case anyone had seen it lol

I've never od'ed properly though (even after 'trying', wasn't my brightest idea but was in a bad place, 0.7g in a shot with .2 of coke, tolerance saved me)
What dose landed you in hosp if you don't mind me asking? reason is i just can't od, even after reckless and i mean RECKLESS fentanyl dosing, i'm not gunna write the amount as people prob wouldn't believe me, was legit labtested fent too so shoddy product wasn't the reason.

I only shot a 1/4 of a £20 bag, but I was between habits so tolerance was low and I'd been necking clonazepam for weeks.
