How would i make a quick and effective one person dose of cannabis to be taken orally.

Put peanut butter in two crackers. Grind up a couple bowls of weed and sandwich it in between. Wrap it in tin foil and pop it in the oven on like 310 for 20-25 minutes or so. Its called a "firecracker." Enjoy :D

Try this if you don't have access to an oven but you have a microwave.

Make sure you melt the cheese over the herb and grind up the herb don't put a whole bud on the cracker.
