I've tried Fentynal twice with mild effect, nothing special however I was being careful with smokin/vaping (which I cant do) it. I am gunnaa give Fent another go maybe at some point but iv it. I am buprenorphine maintence but I wait off a bit and use heroin, etc - however Fentynal being so potent and having a high binding affintiy should work well ontop? My mates discribe it as "cold hearted heroin that is additive". Gets a patch, smokes, then smokes it till it has gone - like crack. Another mate IVs said its stronger than heroin but in a sedating way but the rush aint as good as good gear. Pushing for a higher high of fent you will KO possible or die. Short acting drug, but patch matrix spans over 3 days I hear.

Morphine oral - I've done oral morph mixed with OC and nice but MSCONTON I had aload of expecting them 30mg tabs to be decent sadly they sucked. was hoping to prep for an IV. back then lil' tolerence I crushed in my mouth 4-6x 30mg. Second time 4 oral (crush) and snorted, forget it but dreeammy it was, felt "very drugged" but again no tol0. MSCONTIN tabs are probably handy for genuine pain, mixing with heroin/oc (HR note mixing is a no no) or use to help for withdrawals or in the middle of stopping methadone and going on bupe?

Methadone oral - I was on 40mg/day first I'd say it's a hollowed out morphine, there's probably a buzz for non-tols but with a proper habit there isnt just mood boost maybe. I tried upto 200mg and added an iv of midaz. I reckon no tolerence/little then a low dose might be nice 5-15mg.

OxyContin oral - first time ever crushed 20mg oral. 40min it was like morphine but more funtional, nicer high. Nothing special.

OxyContin oral+snorted second I did 20mg but when it hit snorted 10mg. NO idea what happened but the rush was insane. I felt amp'ed up. Off the comp and cleaning the room not even amphet is like that. Wow!!! Since then I've done ALOT and that never came back apart from a couple of times - mostly snorted. Lead to IVing as I had used Heroin before. I found kickin' GBL I used this hopeing to stop and never. wound up dependent on opis from OC. I found it was bingey/stim like. I would buy alot in one and hammer them snorting them all day till I was sick.

OxyContin IV - I came back and IVed this to Heroin it's a bit weak the rush. I had a tolerence was doing 2-3x 80mg oc's in ONE shot, and meh.

Heroin DIAMORPHINE AMPULES - I had an addiction and tolerence at this time and did 40mg in 4amps yeah heroiny the main pros is no bacteria and im/sc

Street Heroin UK brown #3 - again this is the same however more gambling due to diff batches, local dealers.

Methadone IV - I fell in love last year with these. NO one will believe me but I think it's better than most of the other opis - 20mg amps, I shot upto 120mg in a go (well in a couple and warning 120mg is with a big tolerence. The rush was a long lasting one too. I think this should be tooted as an alternative to oral meth/bupe and when all else fails go for a diamorphine script which is costly but methadone inj amps are cheap. Rush hit like morphiney felt more dead. The ampule was NOT IV but SC/IM.

Stupid but I think if I had it my way I would be on maybe methadone oral+amps perday. I tried it with DPH, tried with cyclizine too and then with midazolam. When i had 40mg for iv I would shoot heroin too 1-2bag infact back then I did both h+m(my mmt dose too ) midazolam, dph and either rit or coke. Stupid habit. ONLY shoot methadone if it's shootable amps and even then it's frigging dangerious. If it's juice it's high risk and needs dialuting down 3/10 times and still risky. pills go about heard not much though on them working shot.

So what else? Fent IV I wanna try and an analoge even. Then I did like OxyContin but the stim rush which was rare. I wonder if OxyMorphine is better, desomorphine and hydrocodiene and hydromorphine

comparing 'em meth and morpine are similer IV maybe oral methadone is 2 as BA/strong but morphine would win in pain killing terms. I reckon diamorphine amps were twice as mg strong and oxy mg being half morphine iv but better oral.

hardd comparing heroin and methadone (both iv) I think the rush comeup was exciting with heroin but less with'done but I only ever nodded a few times mostly on done iv

We need to unearth these opis and one a day test each and all and compare ONSET RUSH, high, pain killing, etc etc
