Hey, itook 30mg of Oxytocin, the real good stuff from Mundipharm i heard from sources. Nothing. My friend was blasted. Also took 100mg of Tilidine Ret, broken in two. My friend blasted again, my girlfriend who takes opioids daily for nerve pain took 200 and she was very high. Finally decided to sniff some Morphium, cooked, and nothing again. Why doesntt it effect me. It was

a small line but they said it should be enougn. | have ADHD.
 
Uh, oxytocin is a hormone released during sex. If that's what ya took it makes sense you dint get high. Also tilidine sucks. You probably have an oddly high tolerance, but opioids have an effect on you. If they didn't you'd be in constant horrid pain. 30 MG of extended release oxycodone isn't that much if you've got tolerance, maybe crush it next time. As stated before, tilidine is ballsack. Some people like it tho. Morphine sniffing can lower bioavailability (even v oral) if it's sulfate (I think this form). They probably also assumed u had no tolerance so gave you a low dose.

I meant OxyContin Oxycodone 30mg, how would i know if it was RT?
 
Why would he be in constant pain without opioids though?

It's OP's gf who takes it daily for nerve pain..
 
Took 400mg tilidine retard and nothing, took 100mg split in two to de-retard it, nothing. Also feel nothing from 30mg oxy or small line of morphium intranasally.

You probably just can't tell/appreciate the subtlety of most opiates. Good. Save the shit to relieve pain, it will work. Also, again. Tilidine is shit. Like actually among the worst opioids up there with tram. And the other two are modest doses. But don't push it. If they don't get you high don't keep taking harmful and expensive substances for absolutely no reward.
 
30mg is a small dose. Some people need more, some people need less. I always needed at least 80 to feel anything even without torelance. Same for morphine. Even without tolerance I could not feel 200mg
keep in mind that those pills are slow release pills and even by chewing you cant completely destroy the mechanism

Dilaudid (Hydromorphone) 50mg pharmaceutical vial intended for IV injection would rock your show......100mg of Hydromorphone IV injection would have you singing a different tune

My Canadian pharmaceutical METADOL tablets (Methadone 125mg) would have you drooling unconscious on the floor in a few hours.

Those packie/Indian pharmaceutical companies are questionable (no offense) where they're getting their API compounding powder from? Ordering from a chemical house in India, China, ? the cheapest price & product no doubt.....in a 30mg compressed XR tablet or IR ....is it 22.72mg of API Oxycodone with more excipients than intended?

Indian generic pharmaceutical companies.......Yaaaaaa

Canadian & USA Tier 1 pharmaceutical companies using the highest quality API compounding CII controlled substances, 100% purity and dosed properly

Spanish brand KERN Diazepam 10mg (Valium) tablets were the most potent Valium I've ever had......3 and I was jello.....other generic brands APO-TEX and I'd take 7 and weren't nothing .....complete garbage

It really does matter the pharmaceutical company - branded tablets etc.

Literally wrong. I needed 80mg to feel anything good, 40 (half a pill) wasn't nearly enough. Back in the days I didn't have significant tolerance. Also depends a lot on your body weight.

I've been using medicinally on/off for years and I can still easily get quite high on occasion from 5mg ir oxy

Sounds to me @Phytom that opiates maybe just aren't for you. Maybe try not to change that, take the hint and just stop pursuing the opiate high - many people would say you're blessed tbh

You were also taking extended release and with the best of those you can only get like 80%. If you were taking pure opiates you'd certainly feel 40 MG. You didn't because it was extended release. You get 10 mg every hour. That's a medical dose. You also probably have a decent natural tolerance, or like OP, can't appreciate the subtleties.
 
Yeah pretty sure if you snort the IR 30mg oxy(assuming it's pharmacy grade) you should feel quite well actually..especially with some morphine. Lord knows I can rail morphine after morphine and not really feel shit though...sometimes the extended release morphine works a little bit.

I'm pretty sure sulfate has like 10% nasal bioavailability. Mixing it with a few micrograms of  chitosan, a shellfish byproduct is supposed to raise the nasal bioavailability by a few multiples.

oral bioavailability of oxy is higher than intranasal though no? - just eat it and spare your nose from all the fillers etc

Yeah this also goes for popping them orally, as in I do not feel shit unless it's an extended release morphine(which is hella odd to me, but still doesn't smack THAT well)..usually when I have IR Morphine tablets; I pop a few and wait then start chopping. Thanks for the tip will keep this in mind!

This is extremely true but in my case, I can't feel a 30mg ir orally unless I take about a month off, don'tget me wrong, higher doses oral im sure I'dget there BUT since snorting is so quick and satisfying, I never bother with oral route, especiallyif one 30 nasally works over 90mg oral(probably from a decade or more of nasal roa/placebo fixation?)

But yeah I worry about my nose sometimes..I mean I'm not scarface with oxy all day everyday(it used to be damn near full time lines wayyy before getting on subs when I was a log younger). Nowadays if I have an ok amount of 30s, probably last me 3 days anyhow..but there is always the random cop a ir oxy whether it's 10mg or up but yeah still bad to go this route I know,..at least I don't snort every benzo like I used to ughhh idiot. But I still stand behind benzo hitting quicker/better with a lil snort of a piece of whatever benzo after sublingual or oral feels like it's kicking in!

WTF? The tune the majority of people would be singing is death! 100mg of Dilaudid/hydromorphone will kill most people, especially anyone without an EXTREME tolerance! Great advice on a harm reduction site...............................................NOT!
