Opioids [Opioid Potentiation] Cyclizine (Marezine) Dose??

[Along with many others, the novel Trainspotting taught me how well Cyclizine potentiates opioids]

Is there an optimal dose for this/is it dose-dependant?
I take anywhere from 50-400mg at a time but I kinda wanna max the potentiation without becoming delirious of developing NMS if possible?
