Opinions on how to deal with my neighbor

So last year (january 2016). My gf and new born moved into an old old building that was turned into apt's, cheap place but its our first try. Sadly im noticing the type of people that like paying less for where they live. My neighbor, a few doors down has created and environment that I and other tenants dont feel comfortable being around or parking our cars near his place. People have fought at his house, theyve broken into cars, kicked in our door bc they thought the dealer lived in my apt. Anyways, im fed up and done, after he almost hit my kid, got out of the car to appologize and he was tweaking. I wanted to make him dissapear. This speed selling son a bitch needs to go down, im willing to be a CI to get him busted and i need a few pointers.
1)never used speed, dont know terms or paterns of symptoms to fake (been researching)
2)how would i initiate.. idk, getting my foot in the door
3)is this a safe idea. Last year i started this whole process of me trying to get this SOB.
4)i havent used in months since ive been on subs. I hope being back out wont trigger me.

Ive been using this page for years in topics like
Clean time for H or rectal use ect. Chasing dragon. Alot of forums but generally the same topics. Look i have noone else to turn to and i really hope that even if this forum is taken down i can be apart of this page. Please edit and send this forum to where ever it needs to got. Thankyou all.

Find some other place to live ASAP, also contact your landlord and have the other people who live there do the same. If you have done this already contact the police anonymously. Stay safe.

Call the police and tell them what's going. Ask your neighbors to call the police as well. Or better yet, move out of the apartment. (I know, easier said than done.)

The whole CI idea just sounds dangerous to me - you've got a little one to think of. You're in your first year of sobriety it sounds like and having to use Meth just so you can get this guy out of there just doesn't sound like a good plan. Besides, even if he does get arrested you'll likely still have his tweaker clientele and friends coming around looking for him for a good while anyways.

My suggestion is to move into a new apartment as soon as possible. Nothing good can come of the CI thing, in my opinion...

Yeah the landlord has been contacted and now that i have time to consider the guys offer to let me help in bringing him down. I think i might let it pass who knows what a guy that uses speed and sells it would do to someone that rats him out....idk no offense to anyobe that uses it. But c'mon. Its not his world. My community shouldnt have to conform to his way of life. Thanks guys. Btw he has tons of caution and trespassing signs, even dog signs on his porch to deture people lol, even two cameras. Haha how bout that??
