I need to stop taking Tramadol when on a night out. I don't take it often with alcohol so have yet to build a tolerance up for it. But when I do take it, the results are never good. Woke up today with a pounding headache and a big bruise on my forehead from where I apparently tried to kiss the floor, falling over 6 foot to the ground. Face first. I'm still not very sober now, 14 hours after I took the tablet and 10 hours (ish) after I stopped drinking. My advice is to not be silly and do what I did. But is there any safer alternatives to tramadol that maybe wont hit as hard?
Ps, im new to Blue Light so please correct me if this post is in the wrong place or if I'm in the wrong by posting this at all! Thanks guys! :)

^This! Opiates and alcohol do not mix well at all. Just stick to one. What was your dosage and how much did you drink?

Also Tramadol is a very weak opiate but it has other properties (SNRI) which make it dangerous in combination with serotonergics such as MDMA.

trammies have never been a very social drug for me. i'd save them for curling up on the couch at home mate.

Yea, I don't think I'll be drinking alcohol on them again any time soon! Most of the night is a complete black spot despite not even drinking very much. I only had one tablet, I'm not sure what mg dosage they are. I drank a bottle and a half of wine, couple of shots of sambuca and some skittle bombs (mixture of alcohols and fruity mixtures drank in one go), and I think that was about it! Which is very minimal for me on a night out. But still somehow managed to spend around £70!
Usually end up drinking a bar dry if me and the girls go out on mephedrone!
