Hi all, I used to be a junkie, been clean for a while and i just started dabbling again with opiates. my tolerance used to be ridiculous but its calmed down since i took a break. anyway, i took 30mg of methadone at 11am today. im sick as hell wit a cold and a fever and i work 80 hr weeks so im using to keep myself goin haha. i know that dones have a very long half life, i think 36 hrs, so my question is would i be good to take other opiates 2mor? i have a 4mg dilaudid and two 15mg roxys. as i said i took 30mg of dones this morn at 11am, so would i be ok to snort the k4 or a roxy at 11am 2mor without havin to worry bout overdosing or having a drug interaction? thanks all!!!

if anything id geuss it could possibly dull it... i dont have much exp with methadone tho.
your better off eating those oxy's you get higher bioavailability from oral on oxycodone

U must still have a tolerance to handle 30 mgs of mmetha done. and 30 mgsof done is stronger than the nasal doses of hm n oxy you mentioned
