Opioids Opiate potentiation: Promethazine vs. Diphenhydramine

When combined with opiates (in this case, 60 mgs of morphine), is 50 mgs diphenhydramine harder on the central nervous system than 50 mgs of promethazine?

Which one do you personally prefer?
 
are you going to be IV'ing a mixture of prometh/morphine or dip/morphine?
If so,I wouldn't the antihistamines seem to ruin the morphine rush by eliminating the pins and needles and facial flushing,which I think are the best parts of slamming morphine.
