I had a lucid dream last night where I was in a country where there were no drug laws, and plenty of pharmacies around me.
I was hoping to get high on a really fun opiate, but I wanted something stronger than percocet, vicodin, the typical shit.
What are some of the BL's favorite opiates?
 
Hydrocodone, I actually enjoy it more than
oxycodone. I haven't had any of the really
cool opiate/opioids (hydromorphone, etc.)
yet, but I'm open to new experiences. 8)

From My Experience:
1)Roxanol Intensol Morphine
2)Hydromorphone... (You may be asking why this is #2 instead of 1? I get INTENSE visuals from Roxanol Intensol...and the euphoria is better IMHO)
3)Fentanyl
4)Demerol <IV only of course. I HATE the pills>
5)Hydrocodone
6)Oxycodone
 
I have to ask all the people who like hydrocodone over oxycodone, why?! obviously I'm a fan of oxy, but to the people who like hydro, is it just preference?

I used to feel the same way as you. Technically, Oxycodone is stronger mg/mg...but once I started thinking about it, and isolated my usage, I discovered they're right.
They Hydrocodone buzz really *is* more euphoric than the Oxy buzz.

The mixture, though, is heavenly.
 
HYDRO better than OXY??is that what im reading??
i like OXY much better than VICODEN...i didnt feel much off of the VIC's either..not sure why, probably didnt take enough, but i seem to have a lower OPIATE tolerance than most.....i could feel a 10 mg tab of OXY just fine though..
 
In terms of analgesic potency, the ratio between oxycodone and hydrocodone is supposedly 3:2. My personal experience is that 30 mg of hydrocodone does in fact produce a more euphoric high than 20 mg of oxycodone. (Thanks to whomever makes 10mg lortabs).
 
I have to agree, you can't really go on a mg-for-mg basis - yeah, TECHNICALLY morphine is stronger then oxycodone, but I would much rather have oxycodone - why? I dunna, I like the buzz of the latter more...... I wont make a list, as there are to many variables ... top of my list - Roxicodone Intensol Syrup, Fentanyl and Dilaudid are up there ... of course OxyContin too ...

I would have to say that I prefer Oxycodone to Hydrocodone (not sure if I am in the majority or minority). I can take 30mg of Hydro and I get a nice buzz and I feel very lucid, a bit too lucid. It is like I am not even fucked up. Oxycodone on the other hand gives me a nice buzz, leaves me feeling lucid but not nearly as much as hydro. I mean with Oxy I have to lay down on the bed (20mg+) but I feel almost as functional as normal on Hydro. Really the bottom line is to each his own. Whatever puts you in that wonderful place is what you should seek.
 
I've taken 40-60 units of Morphine intermuscularly a shit load of times, but i'd have to say 40mg of oxycontin is so much better

actually i liked when i did 3 of them at once - vikes, percs, and oxy... as for my top choice... depends on where i am and what i'm doing... either: oxy (i like to take enough that i get knocked the fuck up and have to lay down) or Percs (to be more relaxed and open in the public)

not a stranger to opiates, however.. I've never taken morphine or OC (or heroin :P) ... but I think it's kind of interesting that I didn't ONCE see anyone list Naloxone (Narcan, synthetically similar to oxymorphone) as one of their favorites. Now, I thought it was strange that I was the only one of my friends who enjoyed taking Talwin (pentazocine & naloxone) just as much as taking darvocet/hydrocodone etc... but maybe it has a more profound effect on me than others?
While we're on the subject of opiates.. does anyone know of a really good website with information regarding which of these are stronger, or "closer relatives" of morphine? For instance, hydrocodone vs. naloxone vs. oxycodone vs. hydromorphone etc? I feel like I could learn alot more on the subject. Thanks in advance.
 
The only people who take Narcan for recreational purposes are those sick fucks who want to deprive themselves of happiness and have the runs at the same time. Narcan, and naloxene, are opiate receptor antagonists and are generally reserved for overdose victims, or addicts who wish to undergo rapid detox.
As for more information...just type the names of different opiates into a search engine and see what comes up.
