Heroin open air dope montreal

^We don't allow threads like this in OD...This is more for NASADD...but if you start another thread like this there, it may be seen as sourcing and get closed by the moderators there, depending on how it's worded...

I know there is heroin in Montreal... As far as open air, I'm not sure...but there probably is something like that considering the size of the city...
And that's really the most anyone will be able to tell you while staying within the rules...
