Opana withdrawal

I have a question... I was on opana taking anywhere from 2 to 4 20mg Opanas a day due to lower back surgery. Got a weaning script that I did of take appropriately.. And I am in day 3 of no Opana.. Not too bad other Han these nasty muscle twitches that happen in the evening only. Any idea how long these will last before it is completely gone????

Ok sorry for the typos.. The weaning script was NOT taken appropriately. Also it is not to bad other than these nasty muscle twitches at night.
