OP 80s: Recreational Insufflation

Hi,
I has managed to get his hands on some OP 80s. Through little research he found they are not at all like the old OC's. While I has seen many different methods of preparing the powder so that the binders don't gel up while snorting, I was wondering if he would get the same effects (even if gelling in the nose did occur) by simply crushing them without going through the process of getting rid of the ER mechanism.

ops don?t crush. you gotta cut it up and eat. i hardly see them anymore but when i do i cut it up with a razor and let it soak in lime juice overnight. then pour water or soda into the bottle and shake it up so the resulting slime isn?t stuck to the sides. and drink. i have no idea if this defeats the time release more than just cutting it up and swallowing but seems like it should right.
