Remind myself today that I'm not doing this for the right reasons.
I mean I can't help but trip and fall over the seasons
in such a precarious way
as to say
hi how are you doing today?
It seems but little pieces of pleasure seem to run off in the distance
leaving me without one instance
in which to find resistance,
but being so pure in my insistance
that life is nothing more than conscious persistance
of emotion, logic, and feeling
it seems at any moment I burst out of this glass ceiling
that has been oh so cleverly concealing
the face I have been wielding.
Tommorrow lacks today's sincerities,
and yesterday is ignorance and brutalities,
and the times they pass like a shivering breeze
unwanted uncontrollable tendencies.
Like writing a novel of lies
in a wild mans cries
had I only but to recognize
the will at which I've been yielding.
