Harm Reduction On my 2nd day of excessive I'V METH use :(^_^): is it safe to take a 10mg METHADONE?!

It is now 7:22a.m. in my part of the world. In the past 15 hours, I have IV'd just under a gram of(high quality)"crystal METH"..... Now I have to be at work in about an hour and one half. I have a 10mg Methadone to hopefully loosen-up my tense muscles for work... Now, I know it's not a huge dose of methadone, but I'm concerned about taking it on-top of that much "crystal" ?!?!?!?...Any suggestions towards "Harm Reduction" is greatly appreciated!!! You will be fine. But I think benzos -- if you have any -- will work better, especially those with longer half-lives (e.g. diazepam).

Methadone is only gonna help in your case but don't be fooled into doing more meth, in which case it would be a big mistake.

There is no interaction with opiates and stims. It is safe to take in that respect.. just don't overdo it on the opiates because you can still overdose.
