As the name suggests, Basic Drug Discussion is the place to ask the most elementary questions. It is designed for people with a very limited understanding of drugs to get the information they need. This forum is open to all different kinds of drugs. Please use the topic report button if you see someone violating the Bluelight User Agreement.
Advice to people asking questions
Try to remember the moderators are volunteers who spend their time keeping things civil and organized. They help answer questions and protect people from getting flamed. At their discretion, they might move your thread to one of the Q&A forums or ask you to re-post your question in a regional forum. They are only trying to help you get good replies so please respect their efforts.

- Avoid drug slang or unclear regional lingo
- Use the Drug Culture forum if you want to post "fun" topics
- Try to write clear sentences and stay succinct
- Followup by thanking the people who answered your question
