I found this website that might be of use to you https://www.health.harvard.edu/staying-healthy/drug-expiration-dates-do-they-mean-anything I personally wouldn't risk taking liquid medications that are out of date as there could be bacteria in there and the other fillers in the medication could have become toxic or degraded and be harmful.
