I know these threads always come up and it’s subjective as to what “hard” means. Most dangerous? Most likely to turn you crazy or make you act crazy? Most likely to destroy your health/mind? Most compulsively addictive? Etc,

Whatever the full term means to you “hard” drugs ranks the following big 3 popular hard drugs from hardest to softest.

Please not jokes about rocks being harder than powder…we’ve heard those a million times.

Fentanyl
Meth
Crack

I would rather be dependant on fentanyl or meth than crack, if I had to choose one to be dependant on..

In my OPINION:
Fentanyl would kill me physically. Meth would kill me spiritually. Crack will please me then quickly abuse me. Doesn't sound so bad, but it sort of feels like being kept in a dog kennel and being sprayed with your favorite refreshing beverage for 1 second every 3 hours. That's why I voted for it in the poll.

Please note that I have only been dependent on meth and crack, and only tried unadulterated fentanyl (to my knowledge) once. If I didn't test the fentanyl I would have likely overdosed.

I suppose madness is right. Meth and fentanyl can both be used medically (desoxyn and atiq respectively) crack, not so much. I said fentanyl because when used illicitly it is the most physically dangerous to your health, even moreso because nothing is one drug anymore. You're getting etizolam/strong benzos, nitazenes, xylazine, caffeine, antihistamines, whatever the 23 people who had it before you put in there. Meth and coke you have this too, but getting a clean product is still possible depending on location.

My vote, from hardest down:

Fent
Meth
Crack

I voted fentanyl as the hardest simply because it's the compound/mixture (i.e. dope/cut ratio) with the highest chance of killing any given user with any given administration, and once addicted it's definitely the hardest to quit of the three, and by miles.

Meth as runner up because while many people do it nowadays, and it can be used functionally, it takes an extremely strong mind and a fuckton of work to mitigate damage and wear on the body. And the ones who don't put in that work, it's immediately obvious in many cases. She can be a useful bitch, but she WILL take her pound of flesh lol...

Crack in last place, least likely to kill or ravage your body or mind in x short window of time, but it will beat all reason and restraint into submission, take you on a whirlwind ride and then drop you off in the middle of the hood at 2am, discombobulated and with no shoes 9 months later lol.

Fentanyl is the killer between the 3 but at least can still be used in a medical situation and under strict care. The rest not wo

I think everyone is focusing on how deadly fent is. Which is a point.

But it’s likely the most functional and least brain damaging of the drugs. Like ppl on opioids act pretty normal despite being on them. Even makes them less animated or less unpredictable. The change in behavior using stimulants is very drastic.

Let me ask you this.

If access to the drug was not a problem. Which of the 3 drug users of fent meth or crack would be a more functional human being on their society and family while still on the drug?

Easily Fent
Why because it’s the most dangerous?

Some might argue that it’s the hardest to quit due to withdrawal but I’m not so sure. I can’t speak to crack addiction but it seems it has this grip on ppl that they never even want to stop. Fent addicts all get to the brick wall where they want to stop but just physically can’t.

Crack…man it wasn’t my thing at all but to this day if I see someone hit a pipe I get a lump in my throat that seeing someone shoot doesn’t give.

It’s hard to say which actuall addicts ppl more for good. Even though one is a physical and the other a psychological addiction

Yup - it can kill you the easiest

And that alone makes it #1

Depends on the criteria for 'hardest' doesn't it

All 3 are very fucking hard drugs for sure. Crack and meth are both seriously bad for people on all levels pretty much (ok, maybe not if mr uber-adhd has 5mg desoxyn and it helps him, but I'd bet my left bollock (or the right, but not both) that that scenario is vanishingly rare

So, if pushed to choose though I'm gonna go with Fent , purely due to the level of likelihood of death by OD

Meth is probably the least of the 3 because it's the hardest to overdose on
Of the three of believe it causes the most brain damage and long term health damage. Not as much life upheaval as crack though.

Like a fent addict that can avoid overdose will outlive a meth addict by decades and suffer way less health damage to my understanding.

Just my opinions tho and like to hear others.
