Odd spots on stomach

Not a dermatologist but I have fair skin like you and started getting them in my early 30's. I have a bunch on my legs and I believed it was caused by sun damage as I live in Florida and don't always use sunblock. I moved here when I was 20. But I can't tell from your photo if they're orange-brown like mine or pinkish? Do you notice the feel of them is dryer/rougher than the rest of your skin?

I got a few on my hands too which reminds me to wear sunscreen as endless summer is in full swing. My son's doctor told me to make sure he wears it too because he already has a few freckles and mole-type spots on his face. I never had freckles and was pasty white as a child. I was also told that fair-skinned people who get sunburned are more at-risk. The way she explained it was that your skin "remembers" sunburns and these things may not show up until later in life. Hope this helped a little. :)

It's Tinea Versicolor, pretty common fungus, can get it from gym sweat. It's treatable topically with Nizoral shampoo which is available OTC. Shower with that stuff every day for a week and it will nuke the fungus, takes up to another week for the discolouration to disappear completely but if it doesn't then I'd see a proper doctor and maybe get a prescription for Fluconazole.

If it is tinea, you can also use apple cider vinegar, diluted 50/50 as a daily soak. Most body fungus cannot survive in more acidic environments, so when exposed to vinegar it stops spreading and atrophies.

Though to be honest OP, you should get a doctor to diagnose you.
