Obtaining winged infusion sets / butterfly needles?

This was previously posted in OD, but I was told to ask here instead:

As an IV drug user with some concern for the well being of my veins and general health, I'd like to obtain butterfly needles, but have had no luck as of yet. I've seen other threads where sources for diabetic needles, etc have been openly discussed with moderator approval, so I'm assuming the same is true for infusion sets.

Now, here are the complications: I live in Pennsylvania, where a prescription is required to obtain needles / syringes from pharmacies. Further, since the only needle exchange programs are in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, I don't want to make the 3 hour drive in either direction to find out they don't supply butterfly needles.

As a result, it looks like online is my best bet, but many places require seeing a doctor's approval. I searched the archives, but couldn't find relevant sourcing discussion. Does anyone know how I might find good winged infusion sets appropriate for IV administration?
