NYC hotels near Randall's Island Park??

I'm attending Electric Zoo Festival in NY next september. Does anyone know what hotels are close to the area where the event takes place? I'm looking for something decent but not expensive, just a standard hotel for me and my boyfriend. I'm going to do some googling as well, but any suggestions are much appreciated

FYI Randalls Island gets really dusty. They used to host warped tour there, and me and my friends would end up leaving there coughing up dirt, im not kidding you. People used to wear those white masks over their mouth and nose for that reason.
