I recently became interested in nutmeg due to the fact that it is both a MAGL and FAAH inhibitor. These enzymes break down the endogenous cannabinoids 2-AG and Anandamide. Both these are required for generating cannabis like effect. Perhaps the oil I bought wasn't made as good as oils others have used, but for strong effect i read 5ml is good so I took 6ml. The oil is not hard to drink but it's the 'aftertaste' that is a bit of an issue. 6ml was more volume than i thought, there is a slight stinging around the lips that can be felt afterwards but this can be washed off. I smell it on my breath constantly and this lasts well into the next day.
Effects-wise there is a stoned like effect an hour-1.5hrs after ingestion. I felt like I took 1 hit of weed. Nothing superstrong off this dose for sure and not sure I really want to try ingesting larger amounts of oil to see where this goes :/. the after breath just negatively impacts the whole experience. It's not super bad, there may even be some who like it, but not my cup of tea. Also there was no music appreciation or anything that makes thc stand out. I felt pretty relaxed, a little 'soft', but nothing recreational imho. I don't know what more else to say, i was expecting a stronger effect with less burpy oil and while there wasn't much 'magic' there was also no paranoia/anxiety that i experience with weed. It was somewhat mild but not subtle by far. Slightly spacey. Maybe later I will try 10ml with oilhuasca additives to really see. Maybe ingest it with something else that's completely different fragrantly like lavender/mint oils. But as of now i can say it's active but nobody that likes cannibus products will be pleased with this one.
