i only took 20mg nrg-1 such a tiny amount.

i didnt get any buzz off it at all

i got paranoia, severe panic attacks, depression, delusions (almost seeing things, monsters that arent quite there), and depersonalization, and i sometimes feel suicidal. I have never felt this at all in my life. it is horrible.

its been a week and still feeling this.

what can i do about this?

People are saying SSRI's. Would small amounts of MDAI help me?

The NHS in the UK today reports trying to get a ban against this stuff. Many reports of people getting sick and showing symptoms like yours. Might want to see your dr and get your blood pressure checked since it makes it skyrocket. Be safe!

I made a thread at the weekend about how much i loved the stuff and had had a failry large ammount for the space of time. Last 2 days i have been feeling just like that. My only conception of depersonalization is from the film "Numb" but from that it seems the same. I just space out alot and everything seems surreal alot of the time.

A lot of the symptoms you mentioned seem to be adrenaline (norepinephrine) related. Adrenal glands are very sensitive when they upregulate, and it doesn't take much to throw them off for quite some time.
I mean mine were thrown off for 7 years by only 2 years of amphetamine use. And I experienced a lot of the symptoms you mentioned.

I would try addressing the source thats likely causing those symptoms. See if you can get your hands on any betablocker. If your glands upregulated (they don't down regulate like opiate receptors) that means it takes less adrenaline to create a larger fight or flight response. Your body is likely still excreting the same amounts of adrenaline into your blood, just that the receptors are more sensitive to the actual amount you produce. If the problem isn't fading quick enough, and say a week from now you still feel "off" (which Im hopin doesn't happen) I would try to get any betablocker you can into your blood. It should stablize the receptors, and will create an opposite effect after you stop. So you can either wait for the receptors to stablize naturally, or you can give them a little boost with something like toprol or inderal.

I am def not a dr, but thats the first thought that passed my mind.
