Not sure if spelled correctly, but wondering if there is any recreational value , either by snorting or shooting it?

I had a buddy (and no it is not me) that ingected it IV once, and said it had a brief and similar effect to lousy cocaine. I can't imagine how much you would have to snort to get any real effect other than a very numb nose.
save it for a cold sore....cuz it doesnt get past the blood brain barrier very well. Hence the reson it was created.

I would highly recommend that you don't try shooting or snorting novacaine. Local anesthetics readily cross the blood brain barrier with the primary pharmacological action being CNS depression. At low therapeutic blood levels there are no CNS effects of any significance, but at higher levels the primary clinical manifestation is a generalized tonic-clonic convulsive episode. Between these two extremes exists a spectrum of other clinical symptons which hardly define recreation. These include a warm flushed feeling of the skin, generalized light headedness, dizziness, tinnitus, drowsiness, and disorientation. My advice would be to try something else.
