Opioids (Not so) Cold Water Extraction

So I didn't have access to a refrigerator while doing this CWE. I used six 30/300 (Tylenol/Codeine) pills, crushed them and mixed them in with room temperature water. An hour later I filtered out the liquid, leaving the white goop in the bottle. How well do you think this extraction will work without lowering the temperature of the water?
 
Codeine is soluble even in really cold water, it would likely have extracted most of the codeine, but would also have acetaminophen dissolved in it.

The reason you lower the temperature of the water is to make sure the APAP precipitates out.
