Now I know synth is not allowed to be discussed -- I notice when I type in the name of certain chemicals the first thing that comes up on google A.I seems to be a brief summary of how to synthesize said drug. (obviously not all that you need to know).

So what is my question I guess without brushing the rules too much -- Is it becoming more/fairly common for people to actually attempt making these compounds? (I hope and assume not) Not asking who does or who doesnt or how it is done --- just how common practice it is?

Delete if you want it is just curiosity brought on by google

Hey there friend.

Unfortunately, there are some issues with this thread. You're asking a question that is extremely open-ended. You're inquiring of a practice, clandestine drug synthesis that is illegal and thus we do not have any kind of meaningful record regarding how common the practice may or may not be. There would be no way to answer this question with any kind of accuracy, as you will get nothing but opinion and conjecture.

It's a good question. I'd be interested to know myself. The reality is that the enforcement of drug laws has been reduced drastically over the past decade. The backlash against police circa George Floyd's death led to a pretty catastrophic lack of law enforcement, at least in the United States. Cops being cops then decided in their butt-hurtedness that they were going to low-key stop doing their jobs as a form of protest against the civilians they are meant to protect. I know in Burlington, VT where I am involved in homeless shelters/outreach, I can't get a cop to come for anything less than being threatened with a deadly weapon (in progress) or if a gun is fired.

There are less LE agents to deal with low-level stuff like checking mail for contraband. They are struggling just to get all the mail delivered let alone check actively for these things.

All of these variables I could see leading to an environment more ripe for clandestine synthesis. However, the answer to that question is not gonna go beyond an opinion. I'm gonna close this for now. If you've got any questions man you know you can always message me.
