Opioids North America Poppy Pod Availability

Are sources essentially few and far between for ornamental Papaver Somniferum pods!? It has come to my attention that since ebay has deemed them illegal contraband, authorities have gone to great lengths to target the harmless sale of papaver pods for ornamental arrangements. Is this crackdown permanent? Or do some legitimate suppliers still exist?

Let's just say they go in and out of season.
Oh and you say they are harmless, from what standpoint and how do you justify that? Because there are cases of overdoses related to the ingestion of poppy pods. So not harmless from a abuse standpoint. And if you mean legally, well its all about intent. If you are caught with them and they can prove your intent to use them to get high, then yes it is illegal.

Without breaking rules it seems the price of pods has gone up about 3-4x since 2009-2010. There seems to be much less available and as a whole they seem to be much smaller.

Still available, just less, more expensive and smaller size. I can't say much for potency since I didn't buy any poppies from 2010 until 2013 and my tolerance has dropped drastically in that time. But I'd say based on my limited purchases potency has dropped as well.

It's a shame.
