I was wondering, could it be dangerous to take Tapentadol if I take Quetiapine at night. Quetiapine have a strong NRI (34.8nM) metabolite called Norquetiapine. Tapentadol is also NRI with a Ki of 0,48 nM.
So would it be dangerous ?
Also, if it is not dangerous, would it be more enjoyable than normal ?

I remember that Tapentadol cause compulsive redosing because of the NRI activity.
Would it increase compulsive redosing ?

Thanks

I remember that Tapentadol cause compulsive redosing because of the NRI activity.

I think that's the mu-opioid agonism.

Because tapentadol has such a higher affinity for NET than quetiapine or its metabolites, it will override any activity the low level of norquetiapine. You'll be fine.

Im not sure about this, other mu agonist I take doesnt make me redose as much as Tapentadol. It makes me do, a little more, a little more, a little more, ok now a last one, ok now its the last, nvm, a little more. Just like epic compulsive stimulant redosing.

I dont know if Tapentadol have super high mu agonist and short half-life, if so, meaby its just that.
