Recruitment NMI is seeking a new moderator! :)

New Member Introductions is looking for an outgoing individual to join our team of moderators!

What we suggest including in your application are the following:

- How often, and the average amount of time you spend on Bluelight.
- If you have any previous related experience.
- What interests you have about becoming NMI moderator, as well as what you could offer to give the new members a positive impression, and good advice.
- Any other useful information such as knowledge of specific topics that are discussed.

What you should expect as far as moderator duties:

- Actively contributing to the forum by welcoming new members and assisting them with any inquiries they have.
- Checking all NMI threads for any violations of the BLUA, and enforcing our rules accordingly.
- Responding to any reported posts in NMI
- Editing, moving, merging, and moderating threads as needed.
- Other general forum responsibilities
