Why does nicotine seem to potentiate opiates so well?

Nicotine is unique in that it’s both stimulating & calming in its effects

Taking deep hauls from a fresh premium cigarette while opioid euphoria is peaking is oh so pleasurable

happened to me every time I smoked a cig after heroin lol

I've always been quite prone to opioid nausea tho, no matter how much tolerance I had

How odd you say that!!!!

I swear to "God" for the first 5-7 years each time & I mean every single time I'd smoke the first line I'd projectile vomit in such a horrific fashion my mates called it "The hosepipe" as it would spray right away. After the 4th time I got clean but relapsed it stopped all together & each time I'd vape a-pvp on the first rush I'd do the same.

These days when I'm sick & I smell the gear it makes my stomach "crunch up" in a really odd way, it's like my stomach becomes compressed & I will gag & dry-heave so much but nothing comes up.

Opiates do weird stuff to your digestive system, I have a theory for long-term users it's linked to damage in your belly due to not being able to take a crap but it's just my theory.

I haven't touched black tar in 10 years, but even now if I simply imagine the smell of it my stomach kinda cramps up and I get nauseous a bit.

Definitely some response from my body just remembering it!

We have Afghan #3 over here, what I've seen of that black tar stuff it sure doesn't look like the heroin we have in England.

it smells different, too

extremely pungent smell that is burned into my mind forever, not something one can easily forget

Do you guys have real h over there for the most part? Over here from what I’ve heard it’s mostly fentadope, that’s why I just do kratom subutex and poppy pods instead
