Hi all! I'm new to Bluelight, but have been reading for a couple weeks now. I'm an addict...8 yrs now, and am still struggling with sobriety. I'm been to the darkest corners of hell as well as felt the sweetest ecstacy possible that led me to those dark corners. First, I would like you all to know, I judge noone and have learned that the hard way. I'm not a hypocrit, I've been through hell on earth and back and feel I have no purpose here to judge. We all know how hard this struggle is, how good we can feel and how horrible it can get with using. I will say "opiates" in general are my addiction and I'm not choosey but I do have my favorites. I'm currently taking Suboxone and yes I have tried it (almost) every way of taking it to achieve a good "buzz" off of it as most addicts do. But then find myself depressed because I do not have the self-control to stay "sober". I do not want to be judged as well, but I know you all will have your opinions and that is fine. I feel I am maintaining a life by being on Suboxone and trying to achieve a "high" here and there is what I do occasionally. And it's working pretty well. If anyone else would like to know more please just ask. I am online maybe 1-2 times a week, when I have access to this computer. Hopefully for the rest of today so I can look around and put my 2 cents in where I feel I can help ;) So please just ask if you have any questions....and HELLO to you all!!!

Wanted to thank you for the welcome and say Hi. What kinda outdoors activites do yall have up there? We never get snow or anything really close here unless u count mosquitoes.
 
Your welcome! We have a lot of forest areas around here so we do a lot of hiking through the woods. We are huge nature lovers (tree huggers if thats what ya wanna call us lol) and we collect animals like we own a zoo or something lol especially snakes...i know...everyone hates snakes, but we've come to understand and respect them and usually have a handful or more around. So snake hunting is our biggest outdoor activity during spring and summer although we like to swim and camp out as well. Anywhere there is wildlife you'll find me :) When winter hits us we're playin in the snow or taking pictures somewhere it looks beautiful. We've lived in Florida as well as Texas so we're pretty familiar with the south and "I" definitely count the mosquitos...what a pain in the ass to someone who isn't use to them in swarms lol

So what do you do? DOC? I like my pills although i've been through the list as i'm sure most everyone here has. Are you currently using or are ya clean?

Sounds like a nice lifestyle you have there, I love camping and the cook out :)
 
wooohoooie! I met him on an airplane about 12 yrs ago goin from phoenix to el paso! sat right next to him, terry, and bindy...she was only a newborn at the time. so strange u would post that hehehe
and yeah we do enjoy life...lol maybe a little too much sometimes if ya get what i'm sayin. anytime u want to join us or feel like hoppin a plane to the good ol' us of A let me know, i'll open up the extra tent and we can party! :)
