i Unaware about my whereabouts
I've been openly ridiculed and called upon on this forum on basis of my name, and I, in all highest regards, would expect to see something done about this.

I would choose a different name for myself immediately, if I had a proper authority to put an end to this mockery!

That is why I have chosen a more appropriate name for myself, as inspired by @Painful One and my good lack of humour - Dyer, or Diar, , depending on how one would describe a dying person in English language, should become my final name. I would live a much better life in return, in case such change was seen made official!

I am sorry. I was not trying to be mean. I was just explaining to you that we were having trouble with you because you keep arguing with everyone, not just me. In the end we seem to have the same views and opinion. So we do not understand why you keep arguing with us? It is not your name that is the issue.

it looks like English is not your first language and you are dying? That may explain the problem we have been having.

Meh, I'm not gonna bother making assumptions and just not worry about this, CFC would be aware why and I contacted him out of the top dudes as I'm comfortable with him , great guy so hell get back to me eventually.

I paid the money and submitted the transaction number to him with some questions re name change months ago.

Not a response, not much can do about that, no hassle just don't like my username in retrospect.

Honestly, the name change for $25 is if you are really tied to your join date and post history. If you really want a different name and don't care about those things, we also allow people to abandon their current account and start a new one. The only time that becomes an issue is if they were a problem child with a bad history they were trying to dodge - we'd know it and they'd have the short leash they earned over time rather than a fresh start. But members in general good standing such as yourself, can make your choice = a) drop this acct and start anew with whatever name you desire free as the breeze, b ) pay the $25 to have the name on this account changed. Please note, as Pluggle has pointed out, she's paid awhile ago and we've not resolved it - not the smoothest of operations as MAPS receives the money on our behalf and provides a matching confirmation to what the member would send as proof of payment, and this is not a well oiled machine in this regard.

It's no big deal, it's the holidays, I am not particularly vexxed, so no hurry. I appreciate the response, have a good new year etc.



I did not get a receipt from MAPS specifically but have a PayPal receipt, which has been provided.

I don't mind donating, everyone who spends time here technically should as well at least once , I don't want it back in any regard .

I haven't seen CFC around in a good while Pluggle, just FYI. I don't think he's ignoring you, but rather is not around.

To @KnowsNotWhatItMean, a donation to MAPS allows you a name-change. The reason we do this is because we rely on donations to survive/pay our hosting fees, and it's a nice way to get a little extra. Are people really making fun of you for your name? I don't know why they would, that's weird.
