I've heard people hinting about a new tester, that distinguishes between MDxx's. Is this true?

Yes, we are currently working on it.
We were able to validate with some pure substances obtained from a Dutch testing facility.
The results are encouraging but not completely what we hoped for.
The test will definitely be able to distinguish between mdma and mda.
mdea is still tricky.
DXM is also easy to pick out.
Don't expect this to hit the market in a few days, it will be a few more weeks or maybe even two months.
More as soon as I have news.
