new drug?

I've heard from a friend that there is a new hallucinogen in powder form out that is fairly expensive. I was curious as to whether this is merely a rumor or if there's some truth to the matter. If anyone has any info it would be greatly appreciated

-length of trip
-trip onset time
-dose required
-what you know that its not
white power is very vague.
